1 / When will payments be expected?
Packages are monthly, due on the 28th of each month prior to services being rendered.
2 / Will you travel to me?
Each package includes four, in-person tutoring sessions at a location convenient for the client. A travel fee of $0.70 per mile will apply for each in-person tutoring session.
3 / I want to add more tutoring sessions this month...
Clients must choose one monthly package but have the option to:
1) add one additional tutoring session at the rate of $79 per session--ideal for clients who want continuous services, even if there are five weeks in a given month, or for clients who need an extra session here and there, or

2) add four additional tutoring sessions for $249--ideal for clients who prefer two sessions per week
4 / I don't want a package, but I'd still like tutoring services...
Clients who opt not to purchase a package will receive Unboggle Boost tutoring at $79 per session for one subject, with an additional $5 fee for each extra subject.
5 / Are in-person and online sessions the same price?
A discount of 10% will be applied to any package for online sessions.
6 / How long is each session?
All tutoring sessions are 55 minutes.
7 / Do you offer refunds?
Payments for tutoring services are non-refundable. Our goal is to provide high-quality tutoring by carefully matching each of our clients with an educator who best fits their individual needs. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please contact us immediately so we can work together to find a solution.
8 / What happens if I can't keep one of my tutoring appointments?
You may reschedule a tutoring session with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting your tutor directly. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session will be forfeited, and you will be charged in full. However, if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your unused session will roll over and can be scheduled for a later date.
9 / Do you offer last-minute appointments?
Yes, we offer last-minute tutoring sessions upon request (within 24 hours). Our tutors will do their best to accommodate your schedule. Please note that a $20 fee will be added to each last-minute session.

Due to the highly specialized nature of dyslexia intervention, rates for this service are slightly different from private tutoring rates for other subjects.

There is a one-time $53 fee for dyslexia materials, including phonics and spelling decks, which are yours to keep. After the initial session, additional materials such as high-frequency word decks and alphabet materials may be recommended based on the learner's specific needs, with a maximum additional cost of $26 if required.​​
